How the complex works
One gate, looked after day and night.
Kyalami Creek is a quiet residential complex. Guests, families and long-term residents all live behind the same gate.

All 103 apartments and homes are inside one complex, behind one gate.

24-hour security
Security is on duty day and night, every day of the year.

Access control
Only residents, guests and their visitors come in, and every visitor is registered at the gate.

Secure parking
Your car stays inside the complex. We send you your parking bay on WhatsApp.

Staff on site
Our team works here and knows the complex. During the day, message us on WhatsApp. After hours, security at the gate is there to help.

Power and water
In the apartments for the night, the lights, plug sockets and water keep working in a power cut. Stoves and air conditioners do not.
When the power goes out
The lights and the gate keep working.
Power cuts happen in Midrand. Solar backup power keeps the lights, plug sockets and the gate working in the apartments for the night, and backup water keeps the taps running. Stoves and air conditioners do not run on it.
Arriving late
Land late. We’ll be ready.
Check-in is from 14:00, and you can arrive any time after that, even late at night.

Before you fly
Send us your flight and arrival time on WhatsApp, so we know when to expect you.

Sort out payment early
Foreign cards sometimes fail, so we agree how you’ll pay before you arrive: EFT, or Visa or Mastercard (online, by a Payfast payment link or on our card machine). We don’t take Amex or Diners Club.

At the gate
Security is on duty day and night and will help you check in after hours. Have your ID or passport, your access code and, if you’re driving, your licence ready. We copy your ID before we hand over your keys.

Settle in
Your apartment is ready, with a welcome basket waiting. Check-out is before 10:00.

We don’t arrange transport. E-hailing services pick up at both airports and bring you to the gate. Or take the Gautrain from OR Tambo to Midrand station, changing at Marlboro, and an e-hailing ride from there.
