How to rent
Five clear steps.

Enquiry and viewing
Tell us the home type and move-in date you have in mind. We’ll tell you what’s available and arrange a viewing.

Application and vetting
We email you the application form, and every application goes through tenant vetting.

Lease and deposit
Once you’re approved, you sign the lease and pay a deposit of one month’s rent. The lease is month to month, and rent is paid monthly in advance, by the 1st.

Move-in inspection
There’s an inspection when you move in. Report any defects, with photos, within 7 days.

When you leave
Give one calendar month’s written notice. After the outgoing inspection, any damage or cleaning comes off the deposit, and the rest is refunded within 21 days.
