Invoicing and payment
Our prices include VAT. Send us your company’s registered name, address and VAT number and we issue a VAT invoice. A first booking is paid in full 1 day before check-in. After at least 10 paid stays with us, we may offer a 30-day payment account, at our discretion. Cancellations follow the same terms as private bookings.

A BEE supplier
Need to book with a BEE supplier? Just tell us. Your quote and invoice then come from our partner company, which is BEE Level 2.

Longer projects
A few weeks or a few months, with housekeeping every day. Stays of 28 nights or more have a slightly lower rate.
