How to pay

EFT is best. We also take Visa and Mastercard: online when you book, by a Payfast payment link, or on our card machine at the office. Cash only if nothing else works. We don’t accept Amex or Diners Club.

Cancelling
-
Cancel 7 days or more before you arrive for a full refund. Closer than that, or a no-show, is not refunded, but we refund any nights we manage to re-let. If the person the booking is for has died or been admitted to hospital, there is no charge. Full policy in the FAQ.

In rand, per apartment, and they include VAT. Some overseas cards are declined, so we confirm how you’ll pay on WhatsApp before you arrive.

- Who can join. Individual guests aged 18 or older who book with us directly. Ask us to join on WhatsApp (082 774 6198) or by email (reservations@kyalamicreek.co.za). Membership is personal and cannot be shared or transferred.
- A qualifying stay is one booking in your own name, booked directly with us (WhatsApp, phone, email or our website), paid at our standard direct price, as on our website or quoted to you, and completed and paid in full. One booking is one stay, however many nights.
- What does not count: corporate or other negotiated rates, including stays paid for by a company; special offers, promo codes and discounted long-stay rates; bookings through booking sites or travel agents; cancellations and no-shows; the free night itself.
- How long stays count. Each qualifying stay counts for 12 months from check-out.
- The free night. On your 10th qualifying stay, one night is free, in the same apartment type you booked. The 10th stay can be any length, even one night. Your count then starts again.
- Using it. Subject to availability, at any time of year, and booked directly with us. No cash value; it cannot be exchanged, transferred, combined with another offer or used for someone else’s booking.
- Your count. We keep it from our booking records; ask us any time. Stays from 1 September 2025 count if they qualify and fall within the 12 months.
- Your information. We use your details only to run the club, and you can leave at any time. See our privacy notice.
- Changes. VCR Properties (Pty) Ltd may change or end the club with 30 days’ notice on this website. A free night already earned will be honoured.
- Decisions. If there is any question about whether a stay qualifies, our decision is final.
