Kyalami Creek isn’t only furnished apartments. The same complex has 73 unfurnished homes on monthly leases: one- and two-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and two- and three-bedroom houses, behind the same gate, with the same security, pool and people.
So if you like it here, you don’t have to start your search again. Tell us while you’re staying, and we’ll let you know what’s coming available. You’ll go through the same application and vetting as any tenant, and if a home is free when you’re ready, you can move across the complex instead of across town.
And as a guest, you’ll hear about homes coming available before we advertise them.
Rent from R8,170 a month, plus sanitation and refuse, the water you use, and your own prepaid electricity. Month-to-month lease; deposit of one month’s rent.

Everything a home needs.

Cleaned every day
Daily housekeeping however long you stay. On longer stays, bed linen is changed every three days.

A full kitchen
Fridge, four-plate hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and a coffee machine, with crockery, cutlery and cookware. Salt and pepper, tea, coffee and dish soap are supplied.

Your own washer/dryer
With washing powder, plus an iron and ironing board.

Each apartment has its own secure password.

Backup power and water
In a power cut the lights and plug sockets keep working, and so does the water. Stoves and air conditioners do not.

Starting in January?
Arrive between 11 and 31 January 2027 and stay 7 nights or more for one flat rate: R1,195 a night for a One-Bedroom Apartment, R1,950 for a Two-Bedroom, booked direct: online, on WhatsApp or by email. Stays of 28 nights or more get the longer-stay price above.
Per apartment, not per person. Subject to availability; not for corporate accounts; doesn’t count towards the Return Stay Club; our usual cancellation terms apply.

Invoicing and payment
Our prices include VAT. Send us your company’s registered name, address and VAT number and we issue a VAT invoice. A first booking is paid in full 1 day before check-in. After at least 10 paid stays with us, we may offer a 30-day payment account, at our discretion. Cancellations follow the same terms as private bookings.

Send us your company’s registered name, address and VAT number, and the dates. We send one quote with the exact dates on it, and the invoice matches it.

Need to book with a BEE supplier?
Just tell us when you ask for a quote. Your quote and invoice then come from our partner company, which is BEE Level 2.

Our Two-Bedroom Apartments have two bathrooms, so each person has their own.

How to pay

EFT is best. We also take Visa and Mastercard: online when you book, by a Payfast payment link, or on our card machine at the office. Cash only if nothing else works. We don’t accept Amex or Diners Club.

Some overseas cards are declined, so we agree how you’ll pay on WhatsApp before you arrive.

Deposit

For private direct bookings we ask for a 50% deposit for stays of two nights or more (the full amount for one night), and the balance is due 7 days before you arrive. Companies: see “Booking for a company” above.

Online booking (card only) suits shorter stays; for a long stay, WhatsApp or email us and we’ll quote.
Questions
Before you settle in.
How long can I stay?
As long as you need: a few weeks or a few months. Stays of 28 nights or more have the longer-stay rate. If you want to stay on, ask us early and we’ll keep your apartment for you if it’s free.
Is the apartment cleaned while I’m living in it?
Yes, every day, however long you stay. Bed linen is changed every three days on longer stays. If you’d rather not be disturbed, hang the Do Not Disturb sign.
Can I rent a home here afterwards?
Yes, if one is available when you’re ready. Our 73 unfurnished homes are in the same complex, on month-to-month leases. Tell us while you’re staying and we’ll let you know what’s coming up, before we advertise it. You’ll apply and go through tenant vetting like any tenant. See homes to rent.

Can I have visitors, or bring my family?
Yes. Rates are per apartment, so children don’t cost extra, and our Two-Bedroom Apartment sleeps four. Visitors are registered at the gate. Kyalami Creek is a quiet residential complex, with quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
Can I have parcels delivered?
Yes, you’re welcome to have parcels delivered. Give the courier your access code, or let them in with the access app, so they can get through the gate.
Can I bring a pet?
No, we’re sorry: pets aren’t allowed at Kyalami Creek.
